Matrix Providers Wins Estimated $101 Million Navy Southeast Regional Medical Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) Contract

Matrix Providers to provide healthcare workers at Naval hospitals and clinics in the Southeast through 2023

April 26, 2018, Denver, Colo. — Matrix Providers has been selected as one of 11 awardees eligible to complete medical staffing task orders for the Navy's Southeast Region through 2023. The contract is a portion of a government-estimated $748 million the Navy anticipates spending across the U.S. on medical services that will be provided by multiple awardees.

Matrix Providers is currently in various stages of near-finalization of five additional defense medical staffing contracts. Most recently, the company was awarded a position as a prime contractor eligible to bid on physician, nurse, ancillary and dental task orders released under the Defense Health Agency’s new Medical Q-Coded Services contract.

"For more than seven years, Matrix Providers has provided high-caliber medical health care workers under multiple contracts, and many of those workers have treated the needs of our Navy personnel and its beneficiaries in the Southeast region," said Dr. Bill Rivard, CEO and founder of Matrix Providers and an Army veteran himself. "We are committed to improving the supply of the best physicians, nurses, dental and other health care workers to support the Navy’s needs and that of our nation’s deserving military, family and veteran beneficiaries.

In 2017, Matrix Providers was ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts as the 5th fastest-growing United States staffing firm. CEO and founder Dr. Bill Rivard, as well as the company's executive leadership, is frequently called upon to speak at national staffing industry events.
