Position Purpose
  • Plan, develop and direct strategic healthcare provider recruitment and employment program

  • Develop improvements to staffing processes like sourcing and selection.

  • Perform searches and advertise for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria.

  • Coordinate advertising, daily sourcing/based on changing needs and assign to recruiting team.

  • Review and evaluate candidate qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.

  • Review recruiting team and sub-contractors applications to assure they meet contract criteria and standards.

  • Screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.

  • Conduct reference and background checks on applicants for security purposes.

  • Perform searches and advertise for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases networking, internet resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals.

  • Prepare qualifying documentation for candidate presentation to the customer/facility and credentialing.

  • Post openings with sub-contractors and coordinate submitted applicants; review and compile for presentation to customer.

  • Lead and direct the work of recruiting department and sub-contractors.
