Dr. Bill Rivard, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, Optometrist, and founder of Matrix Providers, built this organization on a simple but powerful belief: those who serve our nation deserve access to the highest quality care and the people who support that mission deserve opportunity in return. From the earliest days of Matrix Providers, his vision extended beyond staffing solutions. Each quarter, the Matrix Scholarship Committee will award up to $2,500 to support your continued growth and create meaningful opportunities for your future.
Whether you’re advancing your education, earning a certification, or investing in a program that moves your career forward, this scholarship is designed to help remove barriers and accelerate your progress.
One award of $2,500 to the strongest qualifying applicant in a given cycle.
Matrix Providers commits approximately $10,000 annually to this scholarship program.
The scholarship runs four times per year. Each cycle follows the same calendar, so if you miss one window, the next opens within a quarter.
The application window opens and dates are posted here when confirmed for the current cycle.
Submit a completed application along with any required supporting materials through the designated submission link. Be sure to review all requirements and confirm your application is fully completed before the deadline to be considered for the current cycle.
Matrix Providers leadership reviews all qualifying applications. Evaluations consider healthcare commitment, military connection, and professional goals.
Award recipients are notified directly and announced publicly within the same quarter. Funds are disbursed to the educational institution or directly with documentation.
The scholarship operates on a quarterly cycle. Mark your calendar and apply during the cycle that aligns with your enrollment or certification timeline.
