Tricia Brown is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Matrix Providers, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in workforce solutions, healthcare staffing, and operational transformation. She has spent over two decades leading large-scale healthcare staffing programs and technology-enabled workforce solutions.
Prior to joining Matrix Providers, she held senior executive leadership positions at prominent global and publicly traded staffing organizations, including AMN Healthcare, Cross Country Healthcare, and Spherion.
In these roles, she served as Senior Vice President of Client Services, Vice President of Implementation and Workforce Solutions, and Vice President of Credentialing Operations. She also led Sales Operations as Vice President across three Locum Tenens businesses, while driving Physician Transition Management and Revenue Cycle Management initiatives. Additionally, she held key leadership positions supporting FEMA’s IDIQ program during the national COVID-19 response.
