Tricia has over 30 years of recruiting and staffing experience and 20 years in healthcare staffing including working with large global and publicly traded organizations, including AMN Healthcare, Cross County Healthcare, and Randstad.

She has held key executive roles including SVP, Client Services at Cross Country Healthcare.  At AMN Healthcare she held the following roles: VP of Implementation and Workforce solutions, and VP of Credentialing Operations. She was also VP, of Sales Operations for three Locum Tenens businesses, Physician Transition Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and held several other key leadership roles at AMN Healthcare. 

In addition to spending the last 20 years in healthcare staffing, Tricia has worked closely with some of the large premier health systems across the country as well as securing the FEMA IDIQ award for the COVID-19 health pandemic where she led a strategic initiative to mobilize healthcare workers within 72 hours.

Tricia is based in St. Peterburg, FL.
